Orders & Turnaround
What is your standard turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround time is 2β4 business days after payment has been fully processed and your order is confirmed.
Business days do not include Sundays or holidays.
Do you offer rush processing?
Yes. Rush processing is available for orders placed before 7:00 PM during business hours.
Orders submitted before 7:00 PM will be ready for pickup the next business day.
Orders placed after 7:00 PM are considered after-hours and will begin processing the following business day.
Rush does not apply to after-hours orders.
When does processing start?
Processing begins after payment is completed and your order is confirmed. Turnaround time does not begin at file upload or inquiry.
Files & Artwork
What file types do you accept?
PNG files are preferred. We also accept PDF and SVG formats.
What resolution should my files be?
Files should be uploaded at 300 DPI at the final print size for best quality.
Do files need a transparent background?
Yes. Artwork must have a transparent background. Anything visible in your file will print.
Will you fix or resize my artwork?
Minor resizing or small adjustments may be made when necessary to help your design fit the selected print size.
However, we do not provide full design edits, artwork clean-up, or major modifications. For best results, please upload print-ready files.
What happens if my file is low quality?
We print exactly what is submitted. Low-resolution or poor-quality artwork may result in blurry or pixelated prints. Please double-check your files before ordering.
Sizing & Printing
What sizes do you offer?
We offer two print formats:
β’ Single prints β up to 12.7 inches wide
β’ Gang sheets β fixed width of 22 inches for larger layouts and bulk designs
How is single print pricing calculated?
Single print pricing is based on design height.
Designs wider than 12.7 inches must be ordered as a gang sheet.
What is the maximum gang sheet size?
The maximum gang sheet size available is 22 Γ 96 inches.
Do you help with layout or placement?
Customers are responsible for layout, sizing, and placement. We print exactly what is submitted.
Pressing & Care Instructions
Are your transfers ready to press?
Yes. All DTF transfers arrive ready to press.
Recommended heat press settings
These settings are recommended starting points for most garments:
Temperature: 320Β°F (160Β°C)
Time: 20 seconds
Pressure: Medium to firm
Because heat presses, fabrics, and pressure levels vary, results may differ. Always test on a sample garment first.
How do I press my transfer?

Pre-press garment for 5β8 seconds to remove moisture

Position design face down (ink to fabric, film facing up)

Cover with parchment, kraft paper, or Teflon sheet

Press for 20 seconds

Allow transfer to cool completely (cool peel only)

Peel slowly

Final press for 5 seconds to secure adhesion

Re-press if lifting occurs
How should I wash and care for prints?
β’ Turn garment inside out
β’ Machine wash cold on gentle cycle
β’ Use mild detergent
β’ Do not bleach
β’ Do not use fabric softener
β’ Hang dry recommended or tumble dry low
Do not iron directly on the design.
Important Pressing Disclaimer
Pressing instructions are provided as general recommendations only.
Digital P Studio is not responsible for garment damage, scorching, melting, or application issues caused by equipment differences, incorrect settings, fabric types, or user error during the pressing process.
Refunds, Returns & Reprints
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Because many of our products are custom printed or specialty supplies, refunds and exchanges are not guaranteed.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will review it fairly on a case-by-case basis.
Custom DTF Prints
Are custom prints refundable?
All custom prints are final sale.
We cannot offer refunds or reprints for:
β’ incorrect files uploaded
β’ low-resolution artwork
β’ sizing mistakes
β’ design or placement errors
β’ color differences between screens
β’ orders no longer needed
β’ wrong image submissions
Custom prints cannot be resold once produced. Please review all files carefully before ordering.
What if thereβs a defect or mistake on your end?
If we make an error (misprint, defect, or damage), we will make it right. Contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number so we can review and provide a solution.
Supplies (Film, Ink, Powder, etc.)
Can supplies be returned?
Due to the nature of printing supplies, all supply sales are final once opened or used.
We cannot accept returns on opened or used consumables. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and we will fix it.
Apparel & Blank Clothing
Can apparel be returned or exchanged?
Blank apparel may be returned or exchanged only if unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition.
Custom printed apparel is final sale.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Can I change or cancel my order?
Requests must be made as soon as possible. If production has not started, we may be able to update your order. Once printing or processing begins, changes cannot be guaranteed.
Pickup & Shipping
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. Local pickup is available.
Orders are typically ready 2β3 business days after confirmation, or next business day with rush processing before 7 PM.
For safety and privacy reasons, the exact pickup address is not publicly listed. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with the pickup address, directions, and instructions.
Pickup is conveniently located near Decatur, AL, approximately 4 minutes from the Decatur Mall.
Do you ship orders?
Yes. Shipping is available nationwide. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
How will I know when my order is ready?
Pickup orders receive an email notification. Shipped orders receive tracking information.
