Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–7:00 PM CST
Saturday: 10:00 AM–5:00 PM CST
Sunday: Closed
We’re closed on major U.S. holidays. Any closures will be posted on our website or social media.
⏳ How long does my order take?
Our standard turnaround time is 2–4 business days after payment is completed and your order is confirmed.
Business days do not include Sundays or holidays.
Processing begins after checkout, not at file upload or inquiry.
⚡ Do you offer rush orders?
Yes 😊
Orders placed before 7 PM during business hours qualify for next business day pickup.
Orders placed after 7 PM begin processing the following business day and are not eligible for rush.
📁 What files should I upload?
We accept:
• PNG (preferred)
• PDF
• SVG
For best results:
• 300 DPI
• final print size
• transparent background
Anything visible in your file will print.
🎨 Do you edit or fix artwork?
We print exactly what you upload.
Small sizing adjustments may be made if needed, but we do not provide design edits, clean-up, or artwork corrections. Please upload print-ready files.
❗ What if my file is blurry or low quality?
Low-resolution or pixelated files will print as submitted.
Because we print directly from your file, we cannot offer refunds or reprints due to artwork quality issues. Please double-check your design before ordering.
📏 What sizes do you offer?
Single Prints
Up to 12.7 inches wide
Gang Sheets
22 inch wide sheets for multiple designs or bulk layouts
Designs wider than 12.7 inches must be ordered as gang sheets.
🤔 What is a gang sheet?
A gang sheet is one larger file that holds multiple images printed together to save money.
If your designs are already arranged on one page, simply upload the file and choose your sheet size.
Customers are responsible for their own layout and placement.
🔥 Are transfers ready to press?
Yes! All transfers arrive ready to press.
Recommended starting settings:
• 320°F
• 20 seconds
• medium–firm pressure
Every press and fabric is different, so we recommend testing first.
👕 How do I wash my shirts after pressing?
• Turn inside out
• Wash cold
• Mild detergent
• No bleach or softener
• Hang dry or tumble low
• Do not iron directly on the design
⚠️ Pressing disclaimer
Because presses, fabrics, and techniques vary, we’re not responsible for issues caused during application such as lifting, scorching, or fabric damage. Testing first is always recommended.
💸 Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Custom DTF prints
All custom prints are final sale since they are made specifically for your order.
We cannot offer refunds for:
• incorrect files uploaded
• sizing or placement mistakes
• low resolution artwork
• color differences between screens
• orders no longer needed
✅ What if there’s a mistake with my order?
If we make an error (misprint, defect, or damage), we’ll absolutely make it right.
Please contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number so we can review and fix the issue.
🧴 Can supplies be returned?
Printing supplies like film, ink, and powder are final sale once opened or used.
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know within 48 hours.
👕 Can apparel be returned?
Blank apparel may be returned if unused and unworn.
Custom printed apparel is final sale.
✏️ Can I change or cancel my order?
Reach out as soon as possible.
If production hasn’t started, we may be able to update your order. Once printing begins, changes cannot be guaranteed.
📍 Do you offer local pickup?
Yes!
Pickup is available near Decatur, about 4 minutes from Decatur Mall.
For privacy and safety, the exact address is sent once your order is ready.
🚚 Do you ship?
Yes, we ship nationwide.
Tracking information is sent as soon as your order ships.
📦 How will I know my order is ready?
You’ll automatically receive:
• an order confirmation after checkout
• a pickup email or tracking info once ready
