Welcome to DigitalPStudio. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General
DigitalPStudio provides DTF printing services, custom transfers, gang sheets, and printing supplies including ink, film, powder, and apparel.
By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to follow these terms and all applicable laws.
We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time.
2. Custom Print Orders (Gang Sheets & Single Prints)
All custom DTF prints are made exactly as submitted.
By uploading artwork, you acknowledge that:
• You own the design or have permission to print it
• Your file is print-ready
• Colors, sizing, and resolution are correct
We do not edit, redesign, or correct files unless requested separately.
DigitalPStudio is not responsible for:
• low resolution or blurry files
• incorrect sizing
• color differences
• design mistakes submitted by the customer
Because these are custom products, all custom prints are final sale and non-refundable.
3. Supplies & Apparel
DTF supplies and apparel may be returned only if:
• Item is unused
• Item is unopened
• Returned within 7 days of delivery
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Used or opened items cannot be returned due to hygiene and quality control reasons.
4. Turnaround Time
Our standard turnaround time is 1–4 business days unless otherwise stated.
Business days are:
Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM CST & Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM CST
Closed Sunday
Turnaround does not include shipping time.
Rush orders may be available upon request.
5. Shipping
Once orders are shipped, DigitalPStudio is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or damage during transit.
Customers may purchase shipping insurance for added protection.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Custom printed items:
• No refunds
• No cancellations once printing begins
Supplies:
• Eligible for return if unused and unopened (see section 3)
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
7. Intellectual Property
Customers are fully responsible for the designs they upload.
DigitalPStudio is not liable for copyright or trademark violations related to customer-submitted artwork.
We reserve the right to refuse any design that may violate laws or policies.
8. Limitation of Liability
DigitalPStudio is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
Our maximum liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.
