Overview
Thank you for shopping with Digital P Studio.
We specialize in custom DTF transfers and DTF printing supplies, and many of our products are made specifically for each customer. Because of the custom and consumable nature of our items, not all products are eligible for return or refund.
Please review the policy below before placing your order. If there is ever an issue, we are happy to help and will always work toward a fair solution.
Custom Printed Items (Transfers & Gang Sheets)
Includes:

Customer-uploaded gang sheets

Single image uploads

Ready-to-press transfers

Custom printed apparel
These products are printed specifically for you using the exact files you submit.
Final Sale Items
Due to customization, the following are not eligible for returns or refunds:

Incorrect sizes selected by customer

Low-resolution or blurry artwork
-
Pixelation or poor file quality
-
Spelling or design mistakes in submitted files
-
Color differences between screen and print
-
Pressing/application issues
-
Change of mind after printing
Digital P Studio prints exactly what is uploaded. Once printed, these items cannot be resold.
Eligible for Replacement or Reprint (Our Error Only)
We will gladly replace or reprint your order if:

The wrong design was printed
-
The wrong size was printed
-
There is a clear printing defect
-
Items were damaged due to a production issue before shipping
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.

Clearance or sale items
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error.
Shipping Responsibility
Once your order is handed to and scanned by USPS, UPS, or FedEx, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.
Digital P Studio is not responsible for:

Lost packages
-
Stolen packages
-
Carrier delays
-
Shipping damage
-
Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
Shipping Insurance (Recommended)
We offer optional shipping insurance at checkout to protect your order.
If insurance IS purchased:
We will replace or refund lost or damaged packages after verification.
If insurance is NOT purchased:
Customers must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. Digital P Studio cannot replace or refund uninsured shipments.
Shipping insurance is strongly recommended for custom or high-value orders.
Local Pickup (Porch Pickup)
For local pickup orders:

Orders marked “Ready for Pickup,” “Delivered,” or “Picked Up” are considered completed
-
Digital P Studio is not responsible for packages left unattended after pickup
Please collect your order promptly.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
