All orders are made to order.

• Standard processing time: 2–4 business days after payment is received
• Gang sheets, large orders, or supply bundles may take 2–4 business days
• Orders are not added to the print queue until payment is confirmed

If you need your order sooner, please add our Rush Order option at checkout.

We offer free local porch pickup for customers in the Decatur area.

• Pickup notifications will be sent when your order is ready
• Pickup is available after confirmation only
• Please pick up within 3 days of notification

For safety and privacy, the full address is shared after your order is ready, not publicly listed online.
